Gorkamorka trivia snippet

Random bit of GoMo trivia for today – Jay, as in Jay and Silent Bob, painted Gorkamorka stuff back in the day.

According to Jay and Silent Bob Get Old (a podcast with Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes), Mewes used to paint a lot of wargaming miniatures, and Gorkamorka gets a mention (around 1hr 20min into the first episode). It’s not much, but I can’t think of any celebrities that have ever been remotely associated with Gorkamorka, so it’s a little bit cool.

I got the tip-off from Mighty Beardtrix, where you can also find stuff about other famous wargamers.

    Kinda on a related note, but a friend of mine who was co-founder and former bassist for the band “Bella Morte”, Gopal Metro, used to play Space Wolves back in 2nd Edition.
